Triple The Trouble
This stylish tasting set is one of the more intriguing ones we've seen. It's made of balsa-wood and houses three 100ml bottles of Animus Distillery's three core gin expressions (Classic Dry, Ambrosian and Arboretum). Each of the gins is bottled at over-proof strength, so this triple set packs a real punch. Typically only available direct from their cellar door, we're proud to be one of the few that have this triple pack in stock.
Animus Distillery
Animus Distillery begun in a 'cost efficient' manner typical of start-up distilleries, initially operating out of a garage in Melbourne. However, this wasn't to last long - the success of their range of gins meant that they quickly outgrew the space. The team relocated to a comfortable space in Kyneton, Victoria complete with a cocktail lounge that's open to the public and distillery garden where they grow many of the botanicals used in production.
Update (July 2024) - Unfortunately Animus Distillery has ceased trading. After our current stock of these tasting sets runs out, they'll be gone forever :(
