Organic Bare Dry Gin

White Possum Organic Bare Dry Gin is exactly as it sounds - a dry gin with no frills and no nasties. In fact there are so few frills that you could count the number of botanicals on one hand while wearing a boxing glove.

Keeping the botanical list short means we can (1) keep this gin affordable so a top-up doesn't seem too torturous, and (2) avoid surprising you with any unexpected flavours when you first drink this gin.

To make Organic Bare Dry Gin, we macerate organic juniper and coriander seed in  organic cane spirit overnight before distilling the maceration in our pot still. The spirit comes out of the still at about 70% ABV, which is an outrageously strong gin, so we cut it to drinking strength with water.

Contains precisely 0.0% artificial flavours and preservatives. Vegan friendly (we don't use any animal products nor processes throughout). Gluten free.
