Refunds on damaged goods
Unfortunately sometimes things are damaged in transit. That's just life! But let it be known that we're very reasonable with returns. Speak to some of our existing customers and you'll quickly learn that we actually care about people and the experience of opening and enjoying a purchase.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds may be granted. For example, this applies if it looks like you've gone to town with the item already.

Return shipping
In most cases, we'll cover the shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Or we'll just send you a new one without asking for the old one back. It really depends on the situation!
