Our Coffee Liqueur is thick, velvety and built for caffeine-heavy cocktails. It’s made with freshly roasted coffee beans and spent grounds from Small Batch Roasting Co in North Melbourne, then layered with dried wattleseed for a nutty, slightly cacao-like edge.

Our Hazelnut Liqueur brings the dessert-shop energy: Australian-grown hazelnuts roasted in-house, organic cacao nibs for a chocolatey edge, and aromatic roots for a little extra earthiness. It’s rich, decadent and particularly good in an affogato.

The Gum Nut Glass completes the set: a short, handsome little glass made for sipping, dessert pours and late-night “just one more” serves.
