Meet Cabarita Spirits' first Pure Single Rum—a bold, barefoot spirit that’s as unblended as your last beach holiday playlist. Born in the Tweed Valley and raised by the salty breezes of Cabarita Beach, this single cask stunner is the distillery’s most mature release yet.
Crafted from local molasses sourced from the Condong Sugar Mill, this rum was fermented in 2021, followed by a double distillation in a traditional copper pot still. Aged for over three years in a 115-litre American Oak ex-Bourbon cask, the medium char and new oak heads impart layers of caramel, spice, and tropical fruit, all kissed by the region's signature salty coastal influence.
