Seven Seasons was founded by Larrakia man Daniel Motlop, championing indigenous seasonality and local native ingredients. Botanicals are wild-harvested or sustainably sourced from Indigenous communities following traditional knowledge. Ingredients like green ants, bush apples, native yams, tamarind and wattleseed shape distinctive flavour profiles that differ from conventional spirits, with production centred on celebrating cultural connection to land and seasonal cycles.
Bush Honey & Wattleseed Coffee Liqueur combines three distinct native elements: floral Larrakia bush honey, roasted native wattleseed and coffee. The honey provides a sweet, floral base, while the wattleseed contributes earthy, roasted-nut notes. Together with the coffee, these ingredients create a layered profile starting with chocolate and mocha on the front palate, moving into candied walnut body and finishing with touches of honey and spiced chai. Serve neat or on the rocks as an after-dinner drink, or use in espresso-based cocktails like a native-flavoured espresso martini.
