Mini Gin Tasting Flight

This compact tasting flight houses three versatile Australian dry gins from well regarded distilleries, paired with digital tasting notes, distillery info and cocktail suggestions.

Each gin is presented in one of our trademark 30ml matte-black glass sampler bottle and labelled with the distillery, gin name and where it was distilled. The three gins are hand-packed neatly in a sleek eco-friendly gift box which transforms into some not-so-subtle message art when two or more are stacked vertically.

Included gins

Here are the gins we've included in this mini flight:
 
'Just Juniper' by Earp Distilling
This great introductory gin is made using juniper and nothing else. Relish in the taste of a clean and pure juniper extraction. Works well in a gimlet.
 
'Scoundrel Gin' by Kilderkin Distillery
A London Dry style gin made in the traditional way in the heart of Ballarat, this Scoundrel makes an excellent G&T or gin daiquiri.
 
'Brookie's Byron Dry Gin' by Cape Byron Distillery
This more complex gin features 26 botanicals, most of which are foraged from the regenerated rainforest in which the distillery is located. Exquisite.
