From the Adelaide Hills, 5Nines Distilling presents Hills Cask, a smooth, approachable whisky with gentle oak and orchard fruit notes. 78 Degrees Distillery leans into South Australia’s fortified wine legacy with its Muscat Finish Whisky, layered with rich sweetness, spice and dried fruit complexity.

Bold and unapologetic, Iniquity Talamara by Tin Shed Distilling delivers a robust, full-bodied whisky with serious intensity and structure. Over in the Riverland, 23rd Street Distillery offers its Australian Whisky, a modern, easy-drinking style that balances caramel warmth with soft grain character. And from the Fleurieu Peninsula, Fleurieu Distillery contributes House Malt, a refined, coastal-influenced single malt with a clean, elegant finish.

Together, these whiskies showcase South Australia’s unique intersection of tradition and experimentation—rich, expressive, and confidently carving out its place in the Australian whisky landscape.

Each whisky is presented in a 30ml matte-black glass sampler bottle and labelled with the distillery, spirit name and where it was distilled. A sleek and eco-friendly themed slide-out box holds the gins together. On the back of the box, you'll find some light reading - a brief profile of each distillery and whisky.
