Seven Seasons was founded by Larrakia man Daniel Motlop, championing indigenous seasonality and local native ingredients. Botanicals are wild-harvested or sustainably sourced from Indigenous communities following traditional knowledge. Ingredients like green ants, bush apples, native yams, tamarind and wattleseed shape distinctive flavour profiles that differ from conventional spirits, with production centred on celebrating cultural connection to land and seasonal cycles.

Native Yam Vodka is made using wild-harvested native yams from the Northern Territory as its defining ingredient. The yams are dug from soft ground during the rainy season and roasted before being incorporated into a neutral spirit base, giving the vodka distinctive earthy, creamy and nutty flavours that differ from typical grain-based vodkas. It can be served neat or used as a foundation in cocktails such as a dry martini or Bloody Mary, where its texture and flavour add depth.
