This stuff is truly the best. This little bottle contains a vegan-friendly, gluten-free cocktail foamer designed to replace egg whites in drinks, offering a thick, stable foam without affecting the flavour.
A single 50ml bottle is highly concentrated, capable of producing over 200 foamy drinks.
It's made from natural extracts derived from the bark of the Quillaja saponaria tree, a traditional foaming agent. Ideal for bartenders and home mixologists looking to create frothy cocktails without using animal products. Unlike egg whites, Wonderfoam eliminates concerns about spoilage, allergies, or unwanted odours in drinks. Of course, you could use aquafaba instead, but there is a slight chickpea flavour that carries through, and if you're not a fan, Wonderfoam is the solution for you.

How to use it
Add 3–6 drops per drink, depending on the desired foam thickness. Combine the ingredients, shake vigorously (dry shake then wet shake for best results), then strain into a glass. Perfect for cocktails like Whiskey Sours, Espresso Martinis and Amaretto Sours.
