Purchased one for a gift and one for myself - five really beautiful, intriguing and complex flavours that I have so far added to an array of non alcoholic beverages such as alcohol free red wine (Fig & Cinnamon, Cocoa & Macadamia) and tonic (Pink Grapefruit & Agave, Negroni) etc. It usually takes about 10 drops to really get the taste, but it's worth it.

The product is fantastic but I really wanted to review the service from white possum which was outstanding

Loved them

Super fast delivery. The Kakadu plum take on umeshu is quite unique. Its very strong on its own. Very good with mixes if like it a bit more subtle.

An approachable and moreish blend of semi-sweet notes.
Purchase liberally for friendship gifts.

Surprised how refreshing it tastes drinking it straight. Very smooth. Delivery of the product was ultrafast.

We have been making outstanding negronis with the Scarletta

Wasn't to sure on the Amaretto flavour at first, thinking it's a dessert whisky.
Really packed a punch on that first sip @ 46%. Have enjoyed a few more since that first initiation sip with several more drams in the bottle to go.
