Pundi Produce operates an aquaponic farm for native Australian plants at Monash, a town located in the sun-drenched Riverland region of South Australia. They've partnered up with Full Circle Spirits to release this highly unique set of aromatic bitters. Pundi Bitters are the first bitters made with indigenous Australian botanicals. Based on a gentian root bitters base, they're great as a natural, sugar-free elixir or for adding to your favourite cocktails.
Featured in this 3pc set are one of each of Pundi Bitters' available flavours. Each bottle is 100ml in volume. No added sugar.
'Wood' Bitters
Featuring wattleseed, smoked wood, peppercorn, river mint and native honey. An excellent addition to a Negroni, Old Fashioned or similarly complex stirred drink.
'Leaves' Bitters
A concentrate of river mint, native lemongrass, finger lime, lemon-scented eucalyptus and lemon myrtle. Works well in a Mojito or other long drink with a minty vibe.
'Fruit' Bitters
Made using rosella, quandong, holy basil and native honey. Good for you. Try this one in a G&T.
