Shipping for all items (except subscriptions)

There are a couple of shipping options available.

Option 1: Standard Shipping

If you select our Standard Shipping, your parcel will be dispatched with Australia Post.

To obtain an estimate of transit times, we suggest using the Australia Post Delivery Time Calculator (the origin postcode is 3015).

Option 2: Express (Startrack) Shipping

If you select our Express option, your parcel will be dispatched with Startrack premium air freight. This offers next-day or 2 business day delivery to almost all places in Australia. To obtain an estimate of transit times, you may utilise the Startrack Transit Time Estimator (the origin postcode is 3015).

For either shipping option, please keep in mind it generally takes us 1 business day to prepare and pack your order, so that needs to be added to the transit time estimates.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you'll be sent an email with a tracking number. All our parcels are sent with tracking, regardless of which shipping option you choose.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we can't ship outside of Australia yet.

Delivery Issues
If you're not home to collect your items, the postie will leave a slip in your mailbox and you'll have the option of collecting your items at your local post office.

If your order is taking longer than usual to arrive, we would suggest contacting Australia Post or Startrack in the first instance. We don't have more information than they do in regards to where your parcel might be. But if you do suspect something has gone very wrong, please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

 

Shipping for subscriptions only

All our subscriptions are shipped with Australia Post and marked with fragile labels.

To obtain an estimate of transit times, we suggest using the Australia Post Delivery Time Calculator (the origin postcode is 3015).

Changing Your Shipping Address

You can change your shipping address at anytime by logging into the subscriptions portal (you may need to click the 'Already a possum?' link at the top right hand corner). But remember, we lock in your address on the 1st day of each month for that month's delivery. Please email us if you need it urgently changed after this date.
